We are not a property management company.
We do not manage tenants, collect rent, negotiate leases, or perform traditional property management services.
We are not a security company.
We do not provide security guards, alarm monitoring, surveillance, or guarantee the security of a property.
We are not a home inspection company.
Our Home Watch visits are not real estate or professional property inspections. We do not perform technical, code-compliance, structural, engineering, or diagnostic inspections.

We serve as a reliable local set of eyes on your home while you're away. During scheduled visits, we look for visible and obvious conditions that may require your attention, document the visit with photos and a report, and promptly communicate concerns we observe.
If something doesn't look right, you'll know about it. Home Watch provides awareness, documentation, and communication — so you're not relying on your home to tell you there's a problem after you return.

Our home watch and property services are visual walkthroughs only and do not guarantee the avoidance of property damage, mechanical failure, or criminal activity. Vegas Property Concierge is not liable for latent defects, internal system failures (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), or acts of God. Clients must maintain primary home insurance at all times.
